DID And Healing

Oh boy!  We have a new set of healing things in the house now.  Body butter and a fish ring, created by our friend and supporter, Nancy D.  The ring is a relaxation symbol for Melissa and I.  The body butter and coconut scent are so nice.  The dry skin is basically gone.  Good to know.

Tonight the guys are rocking out to Led Zepplin's Stairway To Heaven.  Haha!  The ladies to Into Dust by Mazzy Star.  Our tastes in DID music are a changin.  I think we may light a candle this week and use the body butter.  Fire...the thing that nourishes us.  Even the students.  Melina was active again today.  I have to constantly watch her.  Her violent mood swings have gotten slightly better.  I almost wish Zyprexa could be taken during the day, since she's fronting more than everyone else.

Little Emily Noelle is a soother.  Her autism and deafness are why.  She calms herself by touch.  And this in turn, calms me, the body.  Lately, it's been party time inside.  And the bedtime recordings work well too.  Emily goes by Little One most of the time.  And she'll be 12 this year.  Hard to believe.  Melina will be 10.  This DID mystery gets better with ages.  The adults are 36 with me.  Tonight we are feeling it.  Haha...creaky knees.  The chest pain brings out Melissa, Keith, Kel, and Kerry.  Melissa and Keith are still saving lives in the ER and Kel and Kerry are still personal trainers.  Fun.

Erin throws Meth pipes.  Only this time, they are filled with essential oil gasses.  Her favorites are lavender and orange.  Beats Meth.  She and Brandon are getting along at the cop preceint too.  Melissa's trip to Europe ended on a high note.  She found herself.

Tonight, she found us.  We are lovers and friends.  Funny how this works from the inside out.  Her favorite new song...If You Were Here.

Tomorrow night the Oscars are on.  Haven't seen any of the movies, but I am rooting for George Clooney in The Desendants.  I'll try and post early in the day so you don't think I've fallen off the edge or from grace.  LOL.

DID Update

The Insiders are happy with Pandora Radio.  Yes, the students have a group name now.  Crazy, but good.  The Posse is doing well too.  Lauren is singing a lot.  Nikki is playing host to her lady friends this Sunday for the Oscars.  And the littles are drawing again.  The pictures are peaceful.  Mainly because I have had chest pains and they want me to feel better.  How sweet.

Pick Me Up

Feeling good financially.  Cutting expenses I don't need, and looking for lower prices on things I do.  Yay!  Way to save!  Spending habits are good too.  Got all medical expenses narrowed down to one credit card.  The second card has a smaller limit, so I use it for miscellaneous expenses.  Yay again!  I also pay the bills on time and in full, so life is good.  And the companies process my bills fairly quickly, so I know where the money goes.  Next credit score will be issued on Leap Day.  And I think by alternating cards each month, I can raise my score faster.  We shall see!

DID Life

The bills are paid and everyone is calm inside.  Music is keeping my littles happy.  The adults are back at work.  Tonight, more crime fighting.  Erin loves it.  A recovered Meth addict, she's so awesome now.  So is Brandon.  Hard to believe he came into rehab in 1995 and was able to leave in 2006.  Domestic abuse guy.  And he's the first of many to recover.  Yes, we believe this is possible.  If you work hard, you can achieve this goal.  Look at his wife.  She achived hers.  No more Meth.  No more outbursts and pipe throwing.  Believe me, she did it all.  Zyprexa helps with her moods.  She still has that upswing sometimes, but no urges to get Meth back.

Title Updates

Haha!  I went back and titled each post so my followers can read them easily.  Distance vision has improved greatly.  I like my laptop.  And when things are labled they are easy to hunt down.  LOL.  My insiders have picked songs they like.  French!  Pluriel is awesome.  And by night when Melissa Skypes, it's Tiffany.  Too cool.  Tonight she'll pick another song.  And sooner or later, we'll get an iTunes card to add more songs to her list.  She'll be home in July.  Should be good.  Europe is good for her and Kel.  They love London, and now, are in Prague.  There is so much to see here.  And so much to do.  They'll bring back souvieniers eventually.  Typing...exercise for the fingers.  Haha!  The rest of the month will be doctors' visits and a birthday party.  Fun.  Our next door neighbor's daughter is turning one.  It should be a good party.  I'll try to post between events when I have the time.  I am expecting a clean bill of health, and my insiders expect it too.  Then we can party.

All In A Day's Work

Today we are doing computer maintenance.  So far, so good!  Our unused computer is for movies.  This one is for Dropbox and Internet stuff.  The guys are enjoying this.  They love the computer innards.  What can I say?  Cops by night, and by day, they do corporate stuff like computer work, secretarial, and more.  Vince is my engineer.  He loves the gig.  Let's clarify him, shall we?  Chemical engineer!  Haha!  Keith is a doctor.  Steven and Brandon.  CEOs of a writing corporation to keep Emily employed as an almost 12 year old.  The child is a genious.  And being Deaf and Autistic never gets in her way.  She and Melina are still two peas in a pod.  Melina's violence is basically non existent now.  The Zyprexa keeps me stable.  I concentrate more, and love life.  So do they.  It's a balancing act.  And if you need more information on DID, read this book.  The DID Sourcebook by Deborah Bray Haddock.  It has cases, resources, and more.  In fact, one of the top hospitals is right here in Texas.  About a year ago, I was ready to check in.  Counseling was basically non exsistent.  Not anymore.  My doctor is now doing both medication checks and counseling once a month.  And in the long term, I save money.  I am not paying two separate fees.

Internet

Oy!  The Internet is kind of getting on my nerves.  My phone konked out and here am I on the laptop.  Still trying to navigate some key website in Internet Explorer and struggling to do so.  The guys are going nuts inside.  Aye!  B Man is jammin to Coldplay, and Steve, Vince, and Keith are with him.  Ha ha!  Momma L's nurturing side is out tonight.  She's singing more.  Fun!  And once I figure out You Tube, we will post more video footage here.  The littles are anxious to get back to camera life again, especially Emily Noelle.  Being Deaf and Autistic never stands in her way.  June 26 she'll be 12.  My wee niece is growing up.  September 26 Melina will be 9.  Fun.  And yes, we party.  Just because it's DID y'all....doesn't mean you don't celebrate them.

More tomorrow!  I plan on posting regularly here so if you follow me, don't give up!  I'm here!

DID Plus

LOL...My Posse adults watched The Ring Two today.  For 4.99 good film.  I got the original on my iPhone.  Love them both when I need to raise blood pressure slightly.  Music was good today too.  My littles are studying.  They go to school with the students.  Today they are working on more French.  You can never have too much because of translation.  There are always ways to translate sentences or phrases.  And Celine's French albums work well to kick start this part of my brain since the siezures.  The medications are working though.  The FDA is good to me.  So are the supplements.

Got a lot done this week at home to prepare for time away from my parents.  Kyle invited me to Cypress through Monday night.  And being on a budget with two credit cards is a blast.  I'm doing well.  And Discover is good.  I get cash back.  LOL.

The day has gone well and so has my self care that I let slip for awhile to put my mom first.  That's not easy to do, but she does come first out of respect.  It's sort of like working in shifts.  I tend to self care at night.  Fun.  Hot showers and Valerian make for good sleep anyway since I suffer from chronic insomnia despite movies and such.  And being up at 8 AM each day gets me in a regular routine.

Loving my music list so far.  And my shuffle is going to come in handy and Kyle's house.  He's getting one, and we are going to work with iTunes and eat well.  Ha ha!

Two Wives

Life is good.  My DID wife is in Europe and sending me Celine Love!  We are separated for six months due to 2 guys acting up and out that I knew in college.  But my wife loves me.  I took my ring off to symbolize the separation, but plan on wearing it tomorrow to my DID appointment.  Kind of nervous about this, but I think it will be worth it.  My wife thinks so too, as she Skypes me songs and other things to reach out.  In other news, the day went well.  I'm about ready to do more laundry with our new washer.  Just bought laundry detergent that is compatible the other day!  It auto measures the water based on the laundry and loads you do.  I also got rid of cleaning product allergies.  I now use water and baking soda to clean.  Yippeee!

Joe and Kyle didn't make my day go well.  They dumped their obsessions and problems on me today.  I am reeling from it all.  And Kyle is at least coming to see me Saturday and agreed to buy lunch since I bought a meal last time he was here.  The insecurities of these two guys....drive me nuts.  Kyle is divorced with a son.  And Joe is married and claims his wife is fine with everything he does with me as long as she doesn't know about it.  Go ahead and do it but just don't tell me?  OMG!  That's so not a marriage.  So I signed off!

And boldly, I am putting my ring back on tomorrow.  It's a ring a friend of mine designed.  Holy cow.  I haven't worn it in quite awhile, but I think now is as good a time as any to try wearing it again.  It's a fish ring.  And it's the ring Melissa put on me when we got married.  DID wife, I love you.  You are my world.

The DID is real.  Treatment is Zyprexa.  But they don't go away.  They just get quieter.  More to come...with the others.  Music is key for them.  They love that.  Opera and rock, classical to contemporary, they love it all.
